What an amazing holiday! Our adventure through Egypt was the experience of a lifetime, not least due to the tireless efforts of Shadi and the team at Pack2Egypt. We do not normally opt for package holidays as they are typically restrictive and regimented however in contrast the personal service offered by Pack2Egypt made our travel infinitely more enjoyable and rewarding. Shadi catered for our every whim, including changing our travel plans at the last minute to suit our needs - we were treated like film stars!
We chose the 'Gone with the Wind' tour and highlights included the Pyramids at Giza and 2 magical days sailing down the Nile on a felucca. Tour guides at each of the stops en-route were fantastic - much better than trying to get by with a guide book and a compass - and the standard of accommodation was far in excess of our expectation.
Traveling through Egypt is an experience not to be missed and I cant recommend highly enough the services offered by Pack2Egypt :-)

My wife and I recently went on the “Blink of Egypt” tour with Pack2Egypt. We both give it 10/10. The tour manager, representatives at each site and the tour guides were all friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The accommodation was definitely above the standers that we were expecting. We felt safe and were always with a small group. We were always able to ask questions or add to our itinerary.
The tour was exactly what we were looking for: small group, with flexibility, within our budget and allowing us to see as much of the highlights of Egypt.

Firstly, I thought the “Egypt Holiday” was exceptionally good value for money. The same holiday booked through one of my local travel agents would have cost double the price. The itinerary included everything that I and any regular tourist would wish to see.... and more! Although it was jam-packed with adventure, I also found it relaxing as there was still plenty of time to "chill out". As a lone female traveler, on the few occasions when I wasn't with a group (when I visited the Light and Sound shows and the Nile Dinner Cruise),
I found it particularly comforting when your guide escorted me to the entrance and was waiting to collect me again at the exit.
I felt safe at all times. Mostly importantly to me, is the fact that you kept all your promises. Your guides were honorable, informative and arrived when and where expected.
I have no hesitation in recommending your company to other travelers - indeed; I have already done so to a few of my work colleagues who are thinking of traveling to Egypt! If I decided to do the Lake Nasser cruise in the future, you'll be the one and only person I'll contact!

I just wanted to say what an AMAZING time my college friends and I had in Egypt and it wouldn't have been possible without everyone at Pack2Egypt.
The service was above and beyond my expectations.
From the moment we got off the plane our needs were catered to every step of the way.
The 7 of us were driven around in private vans with our own tour guide, which was a refreshing change from the large buses used by other tour companies.
We were constantly given personal attention and someone was almost always with us at every point of the trip.
I highly recommend the “Gone with the Wind” package. We stayed in 3, 4, and 5 star hotels and spent an unforgettable two nights on the felucca.
We saw everything from the Great Pyramids at Giza to Abu Simbel south of Aswan.
We also saw many parts of Egypt that most tourists don't get a chance to see (I won't spoil the surprises).
I know I would have never seen so much if I relied on just a guide book.

You took great care of the entire group, not just for the eclipse, but for our entire visit to Egypt. It was obvious that our comfort, and success, and every aspect of our tour in Egypt, was of great importance to you. My group of five people -- Barry, Hank, Rita, Marcy and myself -- kept speaking of you during our long trip home. You really won our hearts. There is absolutely nothing you could have done better than you did. In addition to the eclipse, which was spectacular, every day of our 8-days in Egypt was crammed with fabulous sights and adventures. There was so much, that the only thing to cut out to fit it all in, was sleep! Making it even nicer was something you could not control: The fact that Egyptians are the friendliest people on the planet, with hearts the size of the moon. Everywhere we went, people made us feel welcome. I only wish you could soon come to visit us in the U.S. -- I'd take you flying here in the mountains, and try to show you a little of this country the way you did of yours. It was a great week with you, and I shall always remember how hard you worked and how much you cared about our trip.
I think I promised I'd send an evaluation as well. Now that a bit of time has passed, I have these impressions about the tour:
You did wonderfully under difficult circumstances. The hotel in the north was a blessing even if they weren't prepared for us. Otherwise we wouldn't have been able to see so much of the area along the Mediterranean. Also the fact that we were allowed up onto the plateau region for the eclipse was great, but even greater was your decision to go back to the bus--how perfect was that!!!
My main criticism of you would be that you are too nice. By that I mean that you try to accommodate everyone, which is impossible. By trying to please a small group who have special demands - unscheduled trips to the beach, special restaurants, late arrivals, lingering rest stops, etc. - it makes it hard to stick to the scheduled events for the rest of the tour. Each day that small group came late at each stop and asked for special privileges, and that put our schedule later and later. We missed meals and were forced to eat very late every day. We arrived late at our hotel, too. I would say that you need to practice Tough Love, which is probably an American concept, but which means that you have to put your foot down and set limits on people's behavior. You just can't let the difficult people take over the tour!
I hope this is helpful to you. It doesn't in any way take away from my enjoyment of our tour, and I would travel with you again. Thank you for your thoughtful work.

Thank you again for co-creating a most magical experience with all of us. I appreciate your leadership, your service, and you caring for all of us on the Solaris tour.
You asked for feedback about the tour. So let me start by saying that it exceeded expectations. It's been 20 years since I did a tour. I had forgotten how nice it was to have someone else just handle everything. :-) I appreciate that while we were all on vacation, you were working. You did your best to accommodate our needs. You anticipated problems, and if anything wasn't right, you did your best to fix it; from making sure we had towels in Marsa Matrouh to working on the toilet in the bus. Although you had no control over the weather in Salloum, the fact that everything came together so perfectly for the eclipse contributed greatly to a grand experience.
The tour guides: Mina had a beautiful open heart. I get his enthusiasm and love for his work.
Zeina was great. Her enthusiasm was apparent, especially in the museum. She has a great breath and depth of knowledge. Also, she adjusted our schedule so that we could grab a quick snack mid-day, helped us order in Arabic. She was great. Zahra was outstanding. In addition to her fantastic lectures about the history of El Alamein and Alexandria, I also learned about Egyptian culture from her. She was so helpful and accessible. I hope she enjoyed being with us as much as we enjoyed being with her.
The Hotels: The staff at the Zayed was a 5-star staff.
I loved how they helped out with everything we needed.
I love the Egyptian hospitality, all smiles. At St. George, we were barely there, and I know they opened just for us. I enjoyed being at a family run hotel, and it didn't matter if they didn't speak English. :-) They made us feel at home.
All in all, the tour was just great. And I know I must return someday... I want to re-visit Alexandria for sure.
